Threats at Home (Imperial Agent part 2)

Back on Dromund Kaas, Jen is tasked with investigating a terrorist threat. Her only wish is to serve her country, but can she avoid deadly politics in the dark capital?

(Jen's comments bellow the cut)

From Jen's (imaginary) diary...

My hands are still shaking.
My father has taught me how to deal with the Sith when they can't be avoided, but Darth Jadus was... something else.
Democratization of fear, terror and hatred? I am sure he meant every word and it frightens me in so many ways. And has he done something to me? I don't feel any different - aside from a strong urge to have a long shower - but that doesn't have to mean anything. But are there any ways to resist Sith influence? I will have to search Intelligence archives, as soon as I have a moment of time.
I don't want to get caught up in any politics, I never wanted that. I just wish to serve and protect my country.
But I don't want to lose... I don't know. Myself, probably.

---

I am sorry for Theovor Mindak. I tried to find out about his wife, but it is apparently classified. He seemed sincere, though, is it possible he was somehow manipulated?
His daughter, on the other hand... I hope I was not too hard on her, but I was trying to protect her, as strange as it may sound. I didn't like doing it, but... making fun of the Intelligence and the Empire may have consequences if you choose the wrong place and people. I was just trying to make her realise that, to keep her out of trouble.

---

I am still struggling to fully grasp what has happened. Three thousand dead only on the Dominator and all the collateral damage from the explosion... And Darth Jadus himself... I expected to be relieved his plans, whatever they were, would not come into fruition. But I am not and it's not only because of the terrorists.
But there will be time to make sense of things later. The Empire is threatened and we must move to protect it, before even more people pay with their lives.

---

Darth Zhorrid seems insane, even though that should probably not surprise me. What worries me is something else. I feel I am being dragged into Sith politics and I can't afford that. I can't become Darth Zhorrid's personal agent and especially not in the middle of a security crisis.
